Springfield Dog Track is a greyhound racing track in Springfield.
History[edit]
When the people of Springfield's Mensa started running the town, they replaced the usual starting fanfare at the Springfield Dog Track with classical music, and replaced the rabbit with a diploma.[1]
When Patty and Selma wanted Homer to show some compassion for them even though they can't stop smoking, he drove them to the dog track where a large number of people stood smoking. As they were dropped off, the two began profusely smoking.[2]
