The prison was renovated with eighty percent of Springfield's budget, but its capacity was only twelve percent, and crime had decreased by 100%. As a result, Mayor Quimby arrested every woman for every crime. Marge was arrested for removing a mattress tag and was later released after Martha Quimby was arrested for Facebooking while intoxicated. Meanwhile, Homer decided to commit the same crime while dressed as a woman so he would be switched with Marge, but he was too late.
