Are We Hair Yet? is a salon that Homer opened. The store was previously Honey Me Mine.
History[edit]
When Homer discovered that he was good at hairdressing, Patty and Selma pressured him into opening a salon. Homer then opened Are We Hair Yet? The salon proved to be a hit, with many women coming in to get their hair cut and styled. However, all the women who attended also gossiped about their home lives, which began to bother Homer. Homer eventually tried to shut the salon down as the gossip became too much for him, but Chief Wiggum refused to allow it since Sarah needed her hair done.
Eventually, Homer, Marge, and Julio formed a plan to have Julio take credit for Marge's hair so that all the women went to Julio rather than Homer. After this, Are We Hair Yet? shut down.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
The salon's name is a pun on the phrase "Are We There Yet?", which became the title of a comedy movie and Are We There Yet?.
