"Uncut Femmes" is the seventeenth episode of broadcast season 32 of The Simpsons and the seven hundred and first episode overall. It originally aired on March 28, 2021. The episode was written by Christine Nangle and directed by Chris Clements. It guest stars Joe Mantegna as Fat Tony, Megan Mullally as Sarah Wiggum, Nick Offerman as Captain Bowditch, Natasha Rothwell as Bette, Bob Seger as himself, and Tiya Sircar as Erin.

Synopsis[edit]
- While she takes the kids to a sleepover on a ship, Marge befriends Sarah Wiggum and discovers that she's not the quiet, meek woman she appears to be. Marge and Sarah are then dragged into a jewel heist by Sarah's old heist buddies.
Plot[edit]
At the Power Plant, Carl passes by a room where a nuclear accident occurs. When Smithers notices, he proposes a non-disclosure agreement in exchange for Carl's silence, giving him two tickets to see Bob Seger that night.
Carl invites Homer, who excitedly tells Marge, but she reminds him he has to take the kids to a battleship sleepover. Homer tries to convince Marge to go instead, but she wants to watch the Gen Gala red carpet arrivals and host a watch party. After Homer lets her tell the kids the sleepover is canceled, she changes her mind and decides to take them herself.
At the ship, Captain Bowditch is in charge for the next 36 hours, and the kids are assigned to fix oxidation on the ship. Parents are required to chaperone in six-hour shifts, and Marge ends up paired with Sarah Wiggum—to the amusement of the other moms—who initially replies to all Marge's questions with single words.
At the Shampoo Shuttle Arena, Bob Seger performs for Homer, Carl, and Wiggum. Meanwhile, back on the ship, Sarah resets the kids' clock to midnight to gain free time and drinks Straight on Shore Whiskey—stolen from the captain's room—revealing a bold, talkative side.
As she and Marge bond over their partners, Sarah begins to share a secret about her past. Suddenly, Bette and Erin, her former heist partners, appear and kidnap them, taking them to Fabric-lutely Fabric-ous.
At the arena, Homer and Wiggum meet Bob Seger, who disapproves of them ditching their wives. Motivated by his advice, they decide to make things right. Meanwhile, Sarah confesses to Marge that she, Bette, and Erin were thieves in Shelbyville. Their biggest job was a diamond heist for a client named Red, who turns out to be Lindsey Naegle.
During the heist, Sarah seduced the night guard—Wiggum—to get the key but ended up falling in love and abandoning the plan. The other two were arrested after Red set them up. Now out, they plan to steal the diamond back and need Sarah and Marge's help.
They blackmail Sarah into joining the job. Homer and Wiggum return to the ship and discover their disappearance. Wiggum suspects Fat Tony, but he denies involvement and blames their selfishness.
The new heist plan is to steal the hourglass diamond from Lindsey's tiara at the upcoming Gen Gala. Marge joins the plan, helping with logistics. At the Museum of Generational Wealth, the Gala and watch party begin. Marge and Sarah trick their way inside using stolen tickets.
Sarah seduces Raphael while Marge uses her hair to hide Bette and Erin's entrance through the floor. Meanwhile, Homer and Wiggum—having failed to find them—return to Fat Tony, who is babysitting Ralph. They then see Marge and Sarah on TV at the Gala.
Inside, Marge distracts Lindsey while Sarah swaps her tiara for a fake. When Lindsey walks away, the fake tiara falls, exposing the theft. Marge and Sarah try to escape but are stopped by Wiggum and Homer on the stairs. Lindsey catches up, but Marge trips her down the steps.
As Lindsey gets up, her purse spills, revealing stolen jewelry from the gala guests. She is arrested as the watch party watches Marge and Sarah descend the stairs on live TV, with Julio commenting on their appearance.
In the end, Clancy and Sarah make love on the Threadcount at the Turn of the Century bed after she confesses her past. Meanwhile, Fat Tony takes Ralph to Takin' Care of Business Yogurt for treats while his parents are occupied.
