The Spirograph Factory is a spirograph factory.
History
When Milhouse was missing Bart visited the Spirograph Factory and asked Dr. S if he had seen him. He had not but asked Bart if asked him what he thought about regarding a correlation between the decline of spirograph and the rise in gang activity. Bart said he'd think about it, but Dr. S knew he wouldn't.
