Atom Smashing was a factory in Springfield during the early 20th century, owned by Wainwright Montgomery Burns.
History[edit]
In the building, employees manually smashed atoms with a mallet. Wainwright Montgomery Burns caught an employee stealing atoms and ordered his goons to punish him.
