Jippum & Fleecum Circus is a circus in Springfield owned by Dewey Jippum.
History
When Bart wanted to go to the Jippum & Fleecum Circus, Marge told him that they weren't going. Bart then said that he would run away and join the circus. Homer, who had been reading the parenting book Taming Your Wild Child, tried to use reverse psychology and supported his decision to join the circus. Homer took Bart to Dr. Nick and got a fake nose and ears attached to Bart and had Bart sign up to the circus as a freak.
