Plot
At home, Marge is hurrying the family to eat their breakfast as Raphael brings home a vacuum cleaner for her to test and hurries them out, including the dog. Homer brings the kids at the dog park, but they want to visit the Boing-a-Torium instead, leaving him and Santa's Little Helper alone.
When Santa's Little Helper helps Homer get out of joining a dog club with Lenny, Homer brings him to the Dairy Girls Ice Cream, leaving him in the car, however the dog starts moving around, closing the windows and removing the car keys. People start gathering around the car, noticing the situation, and when Homer gets out of the shop he gets attacked by the people for what they think he did.
The situation gets worse and worse, with him accidentally locking up the fireman's dalmatian in the truck too, till the kids return, injured, saying he forgot to pick them up. People start posting pictures of him on Neighborhub, passing by the news, while Marge admires how great she cleaned the house with the vacuum, but when she tries to post the pictures on Neighborhub she sees the news.
Homer says it'll blow over ignoring the issue but at church, the situation gets worse, so Lisa gives Homer a speech to use but he instead mocks them, and ends up pushing Reverend Lovejoy out of the glass window, injuring Lenny's dog's eye and angering people more, with them posting on Instasnap, making the news go around the whole city and world, and Mr. Burns terminates any association with him.
Moe's and Krusty Burger refuse to let him enter for confort and three weeks later, he finds himself alone in the house finding out Dead Lobster is having a Prawn-a-thon! and the family didn't invite him.
