When Bart was a panter and become arrested by the cops they send him to the big zoo in Capital City, but the delivery boy mixed Bart with a bunny so he becomes delivered to the Springfield Elementary Petting Zoo instead. Willie started then play with Bart for a while. After a time becomes Bart his old self again and he started to run home naked.
