Location Information
Town: Springfield
Use: Military equipment store
First appearance: The Simpsons Skateboarding

G.I. Jose's Army Surplus is a military equipment store. Products sold include tanks, army tents, and troop carriers. The store has a deal where if a customer purchases two tanks, they receive a free troop carrier. The store is self-described as "The cheapest remaindered military equipment suppliers in town". It is located on a Construction Site and is possibly intended to be part of an outdoor shopping mall in development by Burns Construction. In The Simpsons Skateboarding, the player character can grind on a pair of tank barrels outside the store, which will cause a tank on the store roof to fire onto one of the grinded tanks.

Behind the Laughter[edit]

G.I. Jose is a reference to G.I. Joe, a series of army-themed action figures.
