Hibbert Medical Clinic is a medical clinic run by Julius Hibbert.
History
When the townspeople gather at Dr. Hibbert's clinic demanding a cure for the Osaka Flu, Dr. Hibbert informs them that the only effective treatment is bed rest, and that anything he could provide would merely be a placebo. In response, the crowd overturns a nearby truck in search of "placebos," inadvertently releasing a crate full of "killer bees."
