Fab Abs is a shop that sells busts in the Springfield's Gay Neighborhood.
History
Fab Abs had a float on the Springfield Gay Pride Parade, when it passed the Simpson's house Homer told his family to look that their abs (short for abdominal muscle), everyone has a six-pack.[1]
When Homer passed the shop he said it's a cinch these guys never had any kids.[2]
Behind the Laughter
Ab Fab is a reference to British TV sitcom Absolutely Fabulous which often gets shortened to Ab Fab. Ab Fab was also the original title for the show.
