Fish Logs are a food made of fish.
History
An illegal mob controlled a ring of Fish Logs which they intended to sell in Springfield, but the Springfield Police raided them and destroyed the collection from the orders (and bribe) of Mayor Quimby, as his nephew Freddy ran a fish stick factory and didn't want any competition.
However, Fat Tony gave Bart a case of Fish Logs to thank him for saving him from a police chase. With the Mafia as his suppliers, Bart sold the food to the students at Springfield Elementary under the pseudonym "Mr. B", making a huge profit which in turn reduced the income of Freddy's fish sticks and the Springfield Elementary cafeteria.
