Shellac Shack is an apartment complex in Springfield.
History[edit]
When Homer and Margemary checked into an apartment in Downtown Springfield in 1967 with Gil Gunderson, he showed them a great apartment, but when they saw a sign that said "hell" they started to scream. However, Gil told them that it was just the sign from Shellac Shack across the street, and they calmed down and bought the apartment.
