Consulate of China is one of China's consulates in the USA, located in Springfield.
History
When Selma began experiencing menopause, she decided, as her time to become a mother was almost up, to adopt a child from China, and upon visiting the Consulate of China was informed that to be able to adopt a child from China it was required she be married legally.
