History
After Lisa saved a raccoon, she started to help Budgie at his animal hospital.[1]
Lionel Budgie, D.V.M. got shut down under new laws that valued dogs lives over all others. Dr. Budgie had saved a horse's life instead of cleaning a dog's teeth. He also kept dogs in cages until they were looked at.[2]
