Rural Route 9 is a road in Springfield.

Description

Rural Route 9 has a public bus stop. It is where the farmhouse Homer grew up in is located. It is also home to a rural community of hillbillies including Cletus Spuckler and his family. It also has a ridge overlooking the Springfield River (which leads down to the city's reservoir). It also houses a large pine forest, Cletus' farm house and farm, and other areas.^{[citation needed]}
