Synopsis[edit]

"Homer tries to reunite a mechanical band from his youth, but film and TV creator J. J. Abrams gets ahold of them first."

Plot[edit]

In Homer's teen years, Homer gets woken up by Abe telling him he's gonna be late for work. Abe tells Homer he's wasting his time on Hip-Hop. Homer goes to Razzle Dazzle's Pizza-Tainment Palace, after meeting Lenny and Carl on the sidewalk.

Gil Gunderson, the boss, prepares the team for work and Homer starts his Deejay work, while animatronics sing on the stage, when suddenly a kid throws a glass of ranch sauce to Wakkety Yak making the animatronics short-circuit.

Homer puts on a Hip Hop mix disc ready for the moment and fixes the problem of kids leaving cause of the animatronics threatening the kids when short-circuited. Gil congratulates Homer and wants him to create a new show with the music he loves.

The new show is the Phuntime Phunky Phour, and the place is packed, however just as the show starts, the FBI intervenes due to it being used as a front for drug trafficking, using the animatronics for holding cocaine, arresting Gil and taking away the animatronics and Abe drives by telling Homer he told him so.

In the present, Homer is crying in front of the building remembering the past, as the family is going to Ralph's birthday party there. Homer stays crying in the parking lot while the family enters the pizzeria.

Back at home, Marge sees something changed in Homer since that happened. Moe comes in and agrees and Marge says they're just gonna love him more. Bart and Lisa finds a way to bring back happiness for Homer, starting a search for the animatronics, beginning by contacting Gil at Little New York.

Gil tracked the animatronics down, sold by the FBI at an auction. Hippie Hippo was bought by Professor Frink, Foxy Lady by Melvin Van Horne (Sideshow Mel), Wakkety Yak by Herman's Military Antiques and Jive Turkey by Disco Stu.

Lisa goes to Disco Stu, Marge to Frink, Moe to Sideshow Mel, and Bart and Lisa go together to Herman, but he just sold it to J. J. Abrams to create the new Mission: Impossible movie.

Lisa and Bart arrive at the J.J. Abrams Productions building, and trick the receptionist, and manage to grab Yak using BB-8s to transport him outside but they get caught by the Bad Robot security guard.

Homer comes picking them up but sees Yak and stops the crew from taking him back in, when out of the building comes J. J. Abrams himself. J. J. understands the situation immediately and they go to the house, only for J. J. to start the idea of making a nine-movie franchise with them, so they take them away, giving Homer the same trauma again.

Marge convinces Homer to eat the problem away so he goes at Krusty Burger, where he meets Comic Book Guy, talking about their shared traumas and convince him to start trolling J. J. like it happened with the internet trolls making the Sonic the Hedgehog film better.

Homer starts trolling on Reddit, missing much of his time with family and having no success on his campaign and the movie gets made: Agents of P.I.Z.Z.A., premiering at Aztec Theater.

Homer joins trolls next to the theater while J. J. present the movie, and then enters the theater to stop him, but Grampa arrives, called by Marge, saying he ruined the childhood by what he did.

They reconcile and J. J. surprises Homer as he has reprogrammed them and brought them on the stage, reprogrammed to dispense frozen yogurt at the after party. In the end, the trolls, captained by Comic Book Guy, form the Troll Force Five, Earth's spite-iest heroes.
