"Pulpit Friction" is the 18th episode of season 24. It originally aired on April 28, 2013.[1] Edward Norton guest-starred.[2]
Synopsis
- "The Simpsons get more than they bargained for when they replace their old couch – bed bugs! The bugs spread, and so does the terror, to the extent Reverend Lovejoy can't cope. The Parson arrives and introduces a new minister, Reverend Elijah Hooper; soon, Lovejoy finds the town prefer the new minister over him, with the exception of Ned Flanders – and Bart? Meanwhile, Marge chases her wedding dress down after the dry cleaners mistakenly swapped it with one of Krusty's costumes."
