The family watched a trailer with clips from the latest Original Series film, Star Trek XII: So Very Tired, which depicted an elderly and senile cast aboard the Starship Enterprise.[1]
After Bart was taunted by the bullies for becoming a stereotypical nerd, he managed to escape their grasp and ran frantically. An arm reached out, pulling him into a locker, where Martin lit a match. Martin showed Bart the hideout where all nerds went to escape bullies—a room filled with nerds playing chess, solving equations, and building a model of the Starship Enterprise.[2]
Comic Book Guy said that he gave Homer the U.S.S. Enterprise and that he returned with The Orville.[3]
