History

Moe's bar rag was used for a blindfold for a man who was being shot by arrows in Spain. It was later rested on an execution block where the victim feared the rag more than the axe.^[1]

Bart once mistakenly believed that the city of Toronto was in Spain.^[2]

Homer once visited Barcelona, which is Spain's second largest city.^[3]
