Frittaroons or Fritteroons is a pastry.

After Homer gave away his place at a bullfighting tournament to Carl, he gave him a basket of fritters and macaroons. Homer didn't know which he should eat first, so he combined them. Lindsey saw that and told him she wanted to launch Springfield's first Frittaroons franchise, as she called it, where he could have either a percent of the profits or eat all the pastries he could eat. Homer was happy because he finally got a job that paid him in dessert. He was then given a new job offer, but it didn't let him eat Frittaroons. He then let Gil sell them, and it became a success.
