Synopsis[edit]
- "Chief Wiggum gives Homer a parking ticket."
Plot[edit]
Homer gets back to his car late and finds Chief Wiggum giving him a parking ticket. Homer decides to learn law in order to dispute the parking ticket in court. However, Homer is unsuccessful and ends up going to jail for tax invasion.
