Turkey is a country in Asia. Its capital city is Ankara. The cities of Istanbul and Kahramanmaraş are also located within the country.

History[edit]

After Marge and Homer chase down Bart and Lisa, who had taken Homer's RV so that him and Marge would stop fighting, the family ended up on a Turkish import ship at a dock in Springfield.[1]

In order to help the Lovejoy's marriage, Moe once got Helen Lovejoy to buy two tickets for a romantic train ride on the Turkish Express.[2]
