Fat Tony's Construction is a construction business run by Fat Tony in The Simpsons: Hit & Run. A cement mixer truck can be found Downtown in Level 2. A number of human-shaped pieces of concrete can be seen emerging from the mixer, suggesting that the business is just another part of Tony's criminal enterprise which he uses to "dispose" of his enemies.
