Plot
Chapter IV: Tree Money, Where Art Thou?
Marge is at the Police Station to report that Kostas is the one that kidnapped Homer. Wiggum gives up on taking him, but Marge finds out he's being using The Rich Texan's car. Meanwhile, Ned is worried on finding out what happened and tries to find a way to come up with the ransom, and wonders back to the past.
Ned and his grandfather are at the barber shop when the Szyslak Brothers mafia come in and seem to start a fight, but after the barber takes the kid out, they hand him a bribe. After punching one of the brothers out of the window to keep his reputation, he goes with them to have fun at a pub before earning his keep at the Prestige Motel.
At the Motel the deal between the brothers and the Capital City Mob goes wrong as they start a gun fight over the money in the bag. He survives just before police was coming and hids the money in the trees, but Kostas shows up, asking for the money, but before he could reveal where they are, he slips on the ice and stabs himself on Kostas knife. Kostas writes the debt in his book and flees from the police, whose car hit the tree and makes it fall to where Homer finds it.
Chapter 5: Uff-Da!
At The Rich Texan's house, Seamus and Colette are discussing over working on their anniversary and Colette leaves a knife by Homer, which incite their fight more, before a fire starts burning the house. After a bit they reconcile and start dancing but the fire breaks the top floor, crushing them under the bathtub.
Meanwhile at St. Giles Orphanage, Ned is entering it to steal the money from them, but Barbara gets back with the key to the safe on her necklace, so he feigns missing her and start making out with her, while Marge manages to save Homer from the burnt house. Ned manages to recover the bag and escape but Barbara finds out and throws the American flag to his car. He asks God for forgiveness for his action, having to save Homer, but he sees Homer and Marge, safe in their car going the other way, before having a car crash.
Homer goes to save Ned from the crash but, burning his arm in the process, saves the money bag too, but before he could take it away, Barbara comes to the scene and recognizes him as the hero who saved the orphanage money. Ned manages to run away, but can't run away from Kostas, which calls to remember him the debt is still on, and to expect him to come when he least expects it.

Homer recieves a card from Wyoming, and unknown to Marge, goes there to meet the Flanders, after taking all precautions, and Ned admits he wanted the attention and brought all this to them.
