History

The Simpson family visited China along with Selma to bring her adopted daughter, Ling, home to Springfield.[1]

Later, Bart got a job so he could get a minibike, and the job turned out to be helping agents of the Chinese government obtain technical secrets about the United States. When Bart later refused to give them the secrets, they threatened him. Homer told them that they didn't need Bart because he himself had a whole wealth of technical knowledge. The spies then decided to take Homer back with them to China, where he helped build a power plant for them. Unfortunatly for the chinese the plant blew up, and Homer ran away.[2]
