Give Me Lima Beans or Give Me Death! is a The Simpsons comic strip that was first published in 2000.
Plot[edit]
Lisa discovers that her salad is not really a salad and contacts her anti-meat mob, who stage a protest outside the town hall. Joe Quimby decides to beat them at their own game. He creates a mob who starts protesting that meat is good at the same location. Quimby tells the mobs that there are people with different opinions: hippies who say "meat is murder" and others who say "murder is delicious." Lisa points out that she just wants to have a real vegetarian meal at school. Quimby promises to fix it if she ends the protest. The next day at school, only cow fingers are served. Lisa asks why cow fingers are the vegetarian selection, so Lunchlady Dora explains that there is no meat in cow fingers and there never has been, and that she does not want to know why.
