The Netherlands is a country in Europe. The Hague is the country's administrative center and its seat of government while the official capital of the Netherlands is Amsterdam.

History[edit]

When Bart sees Homer eating flowers on hidden camera images he concludes: "So that explains his mysterious trip to Holland." [1]

When Bart was working for a courier service, the service called his house to ask if he could take a kidney to Amsterdam.[2]

When Krusty was told that he had won the Nobel Peace Prize, he was taken to The Hague instead of Oslo, Norway to be tried in the International Court of Justice.[3]
