Chance F. Raspberry is an American animator, comic book artist, and musician. He served as a character layout artist for The Simpsons.
He once made a tutorial on how to draw Bart which was uploaded to YouTube on February 6, 2010 and, as of August 2015, the video has over 445,500 video views. The video can be seen here.
