Food/Drink Information
Type: Cat food
First appearance: "The Seven-Beer Snitch"

Binge and Purr is a low-fat cat food.

History

When Lisa noticed that Snowball V was getting fat, she started feeding the cat Binge and Purr, hoping that the low-fat food would help her lose weight. To Lisa's surprise, Snowball V stayed as fat as ever. Lisa later found out that Snowball V was being fed by another family, who called the cat "Smokey".

Behind the Laughter

The cat food's name is a pun on the expression "binge and purge", which refers to the eating disorder Bulimia nervosa.
