Planet Simpson: How a Cartoon Masterpiece Documented an Era and Defined a Generation is a non-fiction book about the effect The Simpsons has had on popular culture. Written by Chris Turner, the book is 466 pages long (including the index) and contains eleven chapters, an introduction, and a foreword by Douglas Coupland.
