The Simpsons: Tapped Out Springfield Heights content update was released on July 22, 2015, after being announced on the Amazon App Store upon the release of the Tap Ball and Soccer Cup 2015 Takedown update. It included Cookie Kwan, 10+ new buildings, 20+ new decorations and 50+ new squares of land. It's unlocked by reaching Level 30.

July 22 Update ("4_15_SpringfieldHeightsTopUpGrindCurrency")
- Kwik-E-Mart, Krusty Burger, Springfield Coliseum and Lugash's Gym can't be sold anymore.
- Plum Tree can now be placed on Pavament.
- 50 more Boardwalk Tiles can now be built.
- A new section of land has been added over the mountain with 9 rows and 6 columns, which includes a Squidport area.
- A square of Squidport water was added to the left of the mountains dividing Springfield and Springfield Heights.
- Stu's Disco now appears in the shop at level 27 instead of level 32 and can be unlocked at level 30 instead of level 35.
- Ajax Steel Mill can now be placed on Squidport.
- Money Pool can now be placed on the beach and yelds 90 once placed.
- Collection of money, XP, FP and currency is now istantaneous.
- If one or more character have finished their job and at the same time the item payout is ready, both will be collected at the same time.
- Friends' Leaderboard come back as the permanent Springfield Heights Leaderboard.
- Other Springfield has changed to show off Springfield Heights.
- Mutant Rabbit no longer scrolls across the screen when you send him on the 12 hour multiply task.
