Play-Annoyed Grunt is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Winter 2015 content update. It unlocks Maggie.

Pt. 1

After tapping on Homer's exclamation mark This new Springfield's really coming along. And all our closest friends are here -- the Sea Captain, Comic Book Guy, the groundskeeper at the kid's school, Captain Macalister… I can think of one person who's still missing. Someone who should be living with us here in the house. You mean that kid Roy? Oh yeah, I wonder what happened with him and those two sexy ladies. No! I meant Maggie. After tapping on Marge's exclamation mark Maggie! You're finally here! How long has it been? From the looks of her overflowing diaper, quite a while. I'd change her but my phone is vibrating. Task: "Make Marge Change Maggie". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 4 hours. Task: "Make Homer Pretend to Get a Phone Call". Behind the Laughter

The quest name is a reference to Play-Doh and Homer's catchphrase "D'oh", which is written as "Annoyed Grunt" in scripts.
