Homer sees an add for a trampoline, but when kids get on it, they get hurt, so Marge puts a stop to it. Homer tells her that she's no fun. She goes to her sister's house and they watch a self-help guru on TV. He comes to Springfield and tells the citizens to be like Bart, so they could be with thier inner child. They then hold a "Do What You Feel Carnival" where everyone does what they feel. However, after bads things happening due the workers not feeling like doing thier job and they begin fighting, they blame it all on Bart. A mob ensues. Marge manages to convince everyone to behave as they did before and saves her son.
