The episode was written by Brian Kelley and directed by Matthew Nastuk. It guest stars Beck Bennett as Grayson, Adam Schefter as himself and John Mulaney as Warburton Parker.

At the Power Plant, everyone is gone from their work place, following the sports channel's On the Clock, where Anger Watkins is presenting the Springfield Atoms's draft, picking Grayson Mathers.
