At Heartmark Channel studios, Mary is praised for her work on the mysteries division, and she gets offered to become president of the Homemaker Mysteries division, however to do so, she needs to help with the movie A Christmas Ornament for Christmas, and she gets sent to Springfield, where she is picked up by Moe.
