"Poorhouse Rock" is the scheduled 22nd and finale episode of season 33 of The Simpsons. It is scheduled to air on May 22, 2022.[1][2][3]

Synopsis

It'll be a Bart-centric musical episode where there'll be much singing, some from Bart.[4][8][9][10]

It's a strange, musical episode partially inspired by an article in The Atlantic about how the middle-class lifestyle of The Simpsons is no longer realistic, where Bart finds out he can never have the job his dad had and it becomes a weird, musical Fantasia.[4]
