Level 5 is the fifth level of The Simpsons: Hit & Run. It is set late at night on October 29th. Apu is in Downtown Springfield investigating the source of Buzz Cola which has been intoxicating people and driving them insane.

Incriminating Caffeine
Apu decides to investigate where the cola trucks are registered. He follows a cola delivery truck from the train station hoping to find its source. The truck leads him to the Springfield Mafia.
...and Baby Makes 8
Apu asks Louie about the Buzz Cola source. Louie simply tells him that it comes from mysterious strangers and threatens Apu and his family. Apu is suddenly reminded that he was supposed to pick up his octuplets from Dr. Hibbert. Apu tries to drive to the hospital but is repeatedly followed by a mafia limo. He finally arrives after escaping from the limo.
Eight is too Much
Dr. Hibbert tells Apu that his octuplets are in serious need of diapers. Apu purchases Homer's Custom Built Car to store the diapers in. Apu rams the minivan of the Shelbyville family with nonuplets and steals their diapers. He takes them to Dr. Hibbert.

Apu asks Krusty about information on the cola. Krusty doesn't know anything but suggests he speak to a professional criminal. Apu dresses in more American clothing and heads to the Police Station. He follows Chief Wiggum to the DMV, where Snake is located.
Never Trust a Snake
Apu talks to Snake for more information about where the Cola Trucks are registered to, but Snake only promises to help if Apu helps with his community service which involves picking up litter. Apu collects garbage from a truck and near the Monorail station. Snake tells him the information he needs is in a folder inside the DMV. Apu picks up the folder but it is empty.
Kwik Cash
Snake tells Apu he will give him the information he wants but he needs more help with "community service". Apu has to help Snake destroy an armored truck near the Googolplex Theatres while avoiding a Police Car. When the truck is destroyed Snake takes Apu to his hideout at the Lexicon Bookstore. He finally gives Apu the information he wants: The cola trucks are registered to the Museum of Natural History.

Find Professor Frink outside the Java Server and you talk to him, he has lost control of his Hover Car, so Apu disables it and returns to him, then the Hover Car is unlocked as a vehicle.
