Flickey's is a diner situated between Springfield and Itchy & Scratchy Land.
History
When the Simpsons were driving to Itchy & Scratchy Land, they passed several signs for Flickey's (680 miles away, 416 miles away, 277 miles away and 42 miles away, respectively). As they got close, Bart asked Homer if they could stop there, but he refused. After the Simpsons passed the diner, the next sign said that the next Flickey's was 25,000 miles away.
