The Plywood Pelican is an airplane that Mr. Burns owns.

History

It was constructed sometime in the early 20th century. Mr. Burns had been building the plane for Adolf Hitler, but after they discovered that rain makes it catch fire, Hitler fired him.

The plane is larger than a football field and supposedly weighs more than the state of New Hampshire. According to Mr. Burns, the plane's original purpose was to subvert the laws of the USA.

Mr. Burns, Homer Simpson, and Grampa used the plane to make one final drug run, after Homer and Grampa were caught smuggling prescription drugs across the USA and Canadian border.
