Willy is the name of Groundskeeper Willie's tractor.
History
Bart was expelled from Springfield Elementary School because he drove the tractor into Superintendent Chalmers. Given that it appeared in future episodes as good as new, it was presumably repaired or it survived the collision with Chalmers' rear end with minimal damage.
