The Springfield Police Blimp is a blimp owned by the Springfield Police Department and used for aerial law enforcement.
History
When Homer Simpson made off with the Duff Blimp, Chief Wiggum and Lou chased him in the Springfield Police Blimp. A quick evasive maneuver by Homer, however, caused Wiggum and Lou to crash into a billboard.
