The Federated States of Micronesia is an island nation in the Pacific ocean.
History[edit]
In a promotional comic distributed by Lard Lad Donuts, Lard Lad goes in search of some missing donut holes. During his search he visits the Micronesian island Yap, where he discovers that the island's inhabitants use large circular stones as currency.

When Homer became a missionay, he visited the country of Microatia, a parody of Micronesia.
