There are ten missions in The Simpsons Road Rage. Completing all of them will unlock The Car Built for Homer as a playable vehicle. The missions are optional and completion is not required to finish the game.

1 Willie's Paper Shredder Groundskeeper Willie Knock over 12 out of 20 newspaper boxes. Entertainment District Mr. Burns has bought the Springfield Shopper and has filled the newspapers with propaganda for the dangerous Burns Transit service.
2 Homer on the Run Bart Simpson Drive Homer to the Nuclear Power Plant without getting hit by Mr. Burns' limo. Nuclear Power Plant Homer left work to watch a baseball game and needs to sneak back to his office.
3 Barney's Rage Barney Gumble Knock over at least 12 Capital City mascots. Downtown After a rough night, Barney wants to take it out on mascots.
4 Otto's Driving Test Otto Knock over 15 out of 20 steet lights. Entertainment District As part of his driving test, Otto must show he can knock down street lights.
5 Snake's Day Off Snake Knock over 20 barrels of nuclear waste. Nuclear Power Plant Snake wants to wreak havoc on the Nuclear Power Plant as part of his "community service".
6 They'll Never Take Me Alive Abe Simpson Knock over 12 garbage cans. Springfield Dam Grampa forgot to take his medication and thinks garbage cans are out to get him.
7 Save the Hovercar Professor Frink Drive Mayor Quimby to the Town Hall without getting hit by Mr. Burns' limo. Downtown Mr. Burns wants to destroy Professor Frink's newly invented fuel-efficient hovercar before it can be patented.
8 Not the Trees Lisa Simpson Knock over 8 piles of logs. Springfield Mountains Lisa wants to disrupt the plans of a logging company by knocking over wood piles.
9 Krusty's Escape Krusty the Clown Knock over at least 15 Krusty shaped signs. Downtown Krusty wants get rid of signs that point to his house which are used by tour buses.
10 Burns' Arena Homer Simpson Knock over statues (20 statue pieces in total). Springfield Mountains Homer wants his final revenge on Mr. Burns and decides to wreck his garden.
