The Chubby Chaser is a chariot that Tab Spangler uses as part of the treatment program at Serenity Ranch.
History
When Bart was sent to Serenity Ranch, Tab Spangler put him and the other clients (Kent Brockman, Apu Nahasapeemapetilon and Rainier Wolfcastle) through a variety of physical and psychological exercises. In one exercise, Spangler hitched all four clients to the Chubby Chaser, then had them tow him around a track while he whipped them and made them tell how they had gotten so heavy.
