The Simpsons: Tapped Out Shelbyville and Homer the Heretic content update was released on December 22, 2016 and is the one hundred and fortieth content update. It will start on January 3rd. Its content was included in the Winter 2016 event files. It requires Level 15 to start. It added 1 new building-character combo, 1 new decoration-character combo, 1 new character skin, 4 buildings and 3 decorations.
