History

Lisa and some other contestants in the Little Miss Springfield Beauty Pageant gossiped front-runner Amber Dempsey had gotten eyelash implants which Lisa thought were illegal, but learnt "not in Paraguay."

When Bart was phoning countries in the Southern Hemisphere to ask if their water drained clockwise, Paraguay was one of the countries seen on his globe.
