History

It is one of the many countries that competed in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Bart and Lisa use "Uber Kids" where they are picked up and taken to their destination in a wagon pulled by a bicycle. Lisa asked he Uber Kid cyclist where he was from and he answered, "Uh, small town in Latvia. You don't know it."
