The School Bus is driven by Otto, and it's main purpose is to take the children to and from school: However, it has been used for other jobs, such as taking kids to Kamp Krusty. In "The Otto Show", it was briefly driven by Seymour Skinner. It Also Appears on The Simpsons Hit And Run. You Can Buy It From Otto On Level 3.
